This will be an opportunity to ask questions and develop a personalized plan to meet those goals.

Milestones will be set to meet again or refine if needed.
Retainer (50%) is paid to hold the event date(s) on Hilary's calendar.
FULL payment is required 30 days before the event unless otherwise agreed upon.

If the event or consultation is onsite, Hilary will come a day in advance FREE OF CHARGE to meet stakeholders and/or staff.
We'll work with you to deliver an ENTRY SURVEY to inform and personalize the content for your audience.
The event will take place.
After the event, an EXIT SURVEY will be collected to measure success

This is a brief follow-up meeting at least 7 days after the event, where Hilary can present the personalized Impact Report and receive feedback.
